Delete Your Account

App: ProHost on Google Play (app.geonajjar.prohost) · Last updated: 5 October 2026

You can delete your ProHost account and the personal data associated with it at any time, either directly in the app or by requesting deletion here if you no longer have access to it. This is the same right described as "Erasure" (GDPR Article 17) for users in the EU/UK/EEA and as the "Right to Delete" (CCPA/CPRA and similar U.S. state laws) for California and other U.S. state residents — see our Privacy Policy for the full list of privacy rights available to you.

Have a ProHost Premium subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, so cancel first in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › ProHost (or open it directly), otherwise Google keeps renewing it.

1. Delete in the app (immediate)

  1. Open the ProHost app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This is processed immediately and permanently.

2. Request deletion without app access

If you can't sign in to the app anymore, email us at admin@pro-host.tech from the address on file, or include the phone number your account is registered under, and ask us to delete your account. We process these requests within 30 days (or sooner where required by applicable law). We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request, to prevent someone else from deleting your account.

You may also designate an authorised agent to submit a deletion request on your behalf where your local law (for example, the CCPA/CPRA) permits this; we may still require you to directly confirm your identity and the agent's authority.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

What we keep: booking records that involve another user (a specialist's booking against your listing, or a listing you booked as a specialist) are kept as that other party's transaction history, the same way a receipt isn't erased from the other side of a transaction. These records are not linked back to a deleted account's personal profile. We may also retain limited data where required to comply with a legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligation, for no longer than necessary for that purpose — see Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. Google Play keeps its own record of any subscription purchase under Google's privacy policy.

4. If you are not satisfied

If you believe we have not properly handled your deletion request, you may contact us again at the address below, or, if you are located in the EU/UK/EEA, lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority; if you are a California or other U.S. state resident, you may have a right to appeal a denied request as described in our Privacy Policy.
